I love writing in the winter when it’s all cosy inside and I don’t have to scrape the ice off the car in the early morning to go to work. Not that I get to stay in bed on dark mornings because my dogs are desperate to go for their morning walk. Winter is definitely their favourite time of year and when they’re not playing in the snow, they’re eating it or trying to go swimming in the icy river.
Me not so much! I’ve been known to wear my pjs under my winter walking clothes for extra warmth. Brrrrrr!
But walking the dogs at anytime of year is great for working out plots and scenes to write. Do you have a favourite season?
